New Program Tomorrow: Tear Repair

1–2 minutes

Tuesday, September 8, 2-4 PM at Cherrydale Library, we will be learning how to repair clean tears using a zipper or parachute stitch, a fishbone stitch, and a knotted stitch that I call the beautyberry stitch.

Bring anything with a clean tear or practice on denim squares that I will bring. A clean tear is a straight tear or rip in sturdy fabric – rather than a gaping hole or jagged edged area in thinning fabric.

Hope to see you there!
